A Prayer for My Marriage

Every marriage goes through seasons, some tender and some hard. This is a prayer for your marriage, for renewed love and patience.

Faithful God, I bring my marriage to you, the love in it and the weariness too. Rekindle what has grown cold, and heal what has been bruised. Teach us to be patient and kind, to listen more than we defend, and to forgive quickly. Where we have drifted, draw us back together. Bless us with laughter and grace, and let our love be a shelter for us both. Hold us close to you and to each other. Amen.
