A Prayer for My Children

There is no worry quite like the worry for a child. This is a prayer for your children, of any age, to entrust them to God.

Loving Father, I lift my children to you, for you love them even more than I do. Watch over them where I cannot, and guard their hearts and their steps. Give them wisdom for their choices and good people to walk beside. When they are hurting, comfort them. When they wander, draw them home. Help me to love them well and to trust them to your care. Thank you for the gift of them. Amen.
