A Prayer for My Coworkers

This is a short prayer for the people you work alongside, for your workplace and your witness in it.

Lord, I lift up the people I work with, each carrying things I know nothing about. Bless them today. Give me patience with the difficult ones and gratitude for the good ones. Where there is tension, let me bring calm; where there is stress, let me bring steadiness. Help me to do my work well and to treat everyone with fairness and kindness. Let my life quietly shine your light in this place, more by how I act than by what I say. Be with us all. Amen.
